Current Building Codes
California Building Standards Commission (BSC) adopts updated versions of the amended model Building Codes called the California Code of Regulations Title 24 every three (3) years. The Building Codes are always available for review in Yreka City Hall. The current building and previous building codes are available to view online at the California Building Codes website.
Effective January 1, 2020 the following Building Codes are currently in effect and must be consulted in the preparation of your construction plans.
